Set client's policy up on an Automatic Deduction Payment Plan.
Working with Ray on a property claim and he found out from the Safeco adjuster that we wrote the Safeco home policy with all the appropriate endorsements; without the Open Peril endorsement, he would have had limited coverage.
Client is set up on an automatic monthly draw for his auto insurance. Client called because he received a new credit card with a new expiration date. I went into the insurance company's website and updated client's credit card information so that there would not be any lapse in future payments.
